GS1 issued Call for Innovations for companies that leverage emerging technologies to scale up business efficiency, highlight a transformational new product, service, or business model that creates market value and solves business challenges in a new way which has potentials to make a profound impact on the market. GS1 has 112 local member organisations and 1.5 million user companies worldwide.

IDLogiq developed an electronic, GS1-compliant, interoperable, turnkey solution that enables end-users to validate products' authenticity using FIPS-compliant cryptographic identity authentication algorithms prior to purchasing or ingesting (as in the case of food or pharmaceuticals) by simply scanning of NFC/QRCode labels using mobile phone.
